This form is for renters (at the end of their rental) and buyers (returning their purchased bicycle within 30 days of purchase) returning bicycles to OxBikes depots. Where is my depot? Click here

 

if you are unsure which depot your bicycle is allocated to, please check 'my rental bikes' for renters or the email you received with lock code and depot for buyers.

RENTERS: If you return your bicycle to the depot which is not in your rental account under 'my rental bikes' then you are liable to fees

 

Please lock the back wheel and frame using the D-lock to the rack itself, and then use the wire to lock the front wheel. Click here for an image example.

If you do not have a wire, lock the D-lock to the frame, back wheel and bike rack. If this is not done, you will be charged fees due to the likelihood of our bicycles being stolen. Click here to see fees.

This only applies to bike racks which you lean the bicycle against sideways, and not racks which are just the front wheel (these types of racks are at Green Templeton, Magdalen College and EasyHotel only). At these racks, please lock the D-lock around the frame and back wheel, with the wire going around the front wheel and the rack.

If you do not have a wire, please lock the D-lock to the front wheel and rack only in instances as stated above for Green Templeton, Magdalen College and EasyHotel.

 

Users can be liable to fees due to incorrect locking. If bicycles are locked badly, they are much more prone to theft.

You must complete this form by midnight on the day your you are due to return your bicycle.

You may have changed your lock code during your rental. Please enter the new lock code. 

Please scramble your lock code after locking. Any un-scrambled locks will be liable for a £25 fee.
