Anyone can book an appointment with our Mechanic. If you are going to be paying for your bicycle repair, this will be charged after your appointment and the price will be confirmed before work begins on your bike.

 

Find out how this applies to you:

1. Those who purchased from OxBykes and are within their 30 day warranty can book a free appointment and repair.

2. Those who are renting with OxBykes and would like a repair or check up on their bicycle can book a free appointment and repair.

3. Wolfson students can book an appointment with our mechanic, and will pay only for parts and labour costs.

4. Anyone, with any bike, can book and pay for an appointment. The price will be confirmed before any work is done on the bicycle. You will be charged after the session.

All appointments are subject to a £10 no-show fee, and if you want to cancel your appointment you must do so 48 hours before the start time of your appointment by messaging us on the OxBykes website chat function in the bottom right hand corner of this page.

All appointments take place at our Wolfson depot, in our designated workshop. Please follow the path to the left of the Wolfson college reception until you reach the bike racks on your left (you will walk past a bike rack on your right, this is not our bicycle rack).
